  • First, lie on the stomach with the chin or the forehead. Make sure that you are keeping your legs and arms straight and extended.

  • Next, raise one arm. Hold it for a moment and slowly lower it under the ground.

  • Repeat this for your arm and the legs. Don’t do it more than 15 times.

Pelvic Tilt exercise

This particular exercise will help you to strengthen the abdominal muscles. Use a yoga mat when performing this exercise. Below are the steps-

  • Lie on Back. Bend the knees so that the feet are flat. Check if the toes are pointed forward.

  • Place your belly in a way so that the pelvis can push forward in the ceiling and the back can lie down on the ground.

  • Freeze the movement for 30 seconds. Do it 10 times.

Latissimus stretch exercise

Due to scoliosis, lat muscles may feel tight. This exercise will help loosen the lat muscles. Follow the steps-

  • Stand in your feet, keeping the knees slightly bent.

  • Try to grab the left wrist by reaching overhead with your right hand.

  • Bend on the right side. Put the bodyweight on the right leg.

  • Hold the position for 10 seconds. Then return from it slowly.

  • Do it 5 times at least.
