How to Relieve Back Pain by Foot Therapy?
How to Relieve Back Pain by Foot Therapy?

The spine holds the body, but it does not operate alone. The spine may be placed by many factors: excess weight, knee location, feet, etc. These factors may cause the spine to shift into an irregular position, but the good news is that many factors can be corrected and the feet show how well they can be.

The feet have more than 100 muscles, but you may not use all the muscles you should when walking or standing. Some people walk with their feet walking in or pointing out that they do not engage all muscles. This may, however, be due to anatomy, because some people have high arches or flat feet which can help. When your feet are wrongly aligned, your knees, and hips can move into misalignment, which leads to a poor posture. The kinetic chain is known.

Low back pain may begin with a condition, including sciatica, plantar fasciitis, degenerative disk conditions, or a number of others, but it can be good to consider feet as a contributing factor for lumbar spine pain if the patient also experiences ankle pain, bungalows or balancing problems.

Our doctors for back pain realize that although patients have replied with foot orthotics that they feel relieved, they are not the only step to be taken to deal with symptoms most beneficially. The Pain center of Arizona provides a range of customized low back pain treatments to support patients with treatment and control, including medicines, soothing spinal injections and electrotherapy techniques. If you feel your feet add to your pain in the back, let your doctor know and he or she may recommend adding foot care to your pain treatments. We believe that you will use a multi disciplinary approach.
