To schedule an appointment with Neuroscience Specialists, please contact the office at (405) 748-3300 or toll free at (800) 742-3136 during regular business hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday and 9:30am to 4:30pm on Fridays.

Current diagnostic examination reports (MRI, CT, etc.) are required to facilitate an appointment date.

Every effort will be made to provide you with a convenient appointment time. Many managed care insurance plans require a referral from your primary care provider prior to scheduling with a specialist. Your insurance card will be required at the time of appointment.

All workers' compensation appointments must be pre-authorized by the insurance carrier. Please advise the appointment scheduler if your injury is work related.

Our surgeons may experience emergencies resulting in delays in your appointment time. Should such a situation arise, every effort will be made to expedite this process or you will be provided with an opportunity to reschedule.

Please notify the office if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or need to reschedule. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without 24 hour notice may result in additional billing.
